In partnership with a national group of senior business leaders, a team from the Allegacy Center for Leadership & Character is currently developing a comprehensive “Exemplary Leadership” model. The model will combine the development of leadership philosophies and the balancing of tensions inherent in leading complex organizations with thorough attention to character and “business virtues.” The team is also developing a new ethical decision-making model that will be simultaneously field-tested in corporate settings and Wake Forest academic programs.
