Research validates Leader Self and Means Efficacy model

Organizational Behavior and Human Decision ProcessesSean Hannah, Wilson chair in business ethics and professor of management, and his team have completed research to validate their Leader Self and Means Efficacy (LSME) measure. This research is published in the journal Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes.

Based on the team’s previous research published in Leadership Quarterly, this article expands on this framework for understanding the ways leaders assess their own abilities and the means available to support their leadership.
