ACLC Scholars served two families in need by delivering beds and books with the non-profit organization A Bed and A Book.
“After doing multiple bed builds, it was great to see the other side of the process and get the opportunity to see the excitement on the child’s face when we delivered the bed,” said Cullen Vita, an MSM student at Wake Forest School of Business. “It was incredibly fulfilling to see a child immediately jump into her new bed, so excited to have her own bed for the first time ever.”

“Seeing their excitement and their parents’ gratitude was incredibly moving,” said MSM student, Nasra Deria. “It was powerful to witness the impact of A Bed and A Book firsthand and to see the organization’s dedication to making sure every child has a bed to call their own.”
A Bed and A Book provides families in need with beds and books for their children ages 0 – 17.
