Adam Holtzschue received the Judson D. Deramus Distinguished Alumni Award during the School of Business 2024 Alumni Weekend. The award, established in 1984, celebrates School of Business alumni for professional achievement, dedication to the School, and community service. It’s named after its inaugural recipient, Judson D. DeRamus Sr.
Adam received his MBA in Management and Corporate Finance from Wake Forest University in 1992 and has 35 years experience leading multibillion-dollar businesses in private banking, including leadership roles at Wells Fargo where he was most recently Executive Vice President, leading the primary banking business for the Wealth and Investment Management division. Renowned for fostering inclusive work environments, he received national recognition for his commitment to diversity and engagement.
Beyond his professional success, Adam demonstrates unwavering support for the School of Business, volunteering in classrooms, mentoring students, and connecting with fellow alumni. He’s currently collaborating on a case study with Professor Amol Joshi, furthering the School’s academic reach.
