“During the two-day leadership symposium at the US Air Force Academy, I had the amazing opportunity of being among Academy personnel, other visiting students and faculty from across the country, as well as various members from the community. I was especially inspired by this year’s 2020 Theme of “Valuing Human Conditions, Cultures, and Societies”, which encouraged me to not only understand the meaning of true leadership from an internal lens, but also through an objective lens as we analyzed the importance of sound moral character and leadership across different cultures.” ~ Fifi Konate
“The Leadership Conference at the US Air Force Academy was an insightful learning experience that brought together many powerful speakers with unique stories. The focus on human condition was inspiring as the speakers shared different adversities they have overcome; bestowing perspective when facing personal life difficulties. The diversity of perspectives generated a powerful learning environment which allowed me to reflect upon and refine my own leadership style.” ~ Ryan Kainz
